Graduate of ESCP Business School and Supélec, Emmanuel Pascart has built and transformed international ecosystems across both major industrial groups and start-ups. Early in his career, he took on sales and key account management roles, consistently integrating innovation, operational efficiency, and customer-centric strategies. Specializing in Lean Six Sigma, he pioneered its application in commercial and service sectors through his first book, Lean Spire, and dedicated training programs.

In 2011, he joined the former Chairman of BPCE Group to launch France’s premier bank for small businesses and SMEs. By 2014, Emmanuel was leading intrapreneurial initiatives within a global packaging leader, establishing new business models in automotive and pharmaceutical industries across EMEA & China. Since 2021 he leads the turnaround, transformation, post-merger integration and growth of SMEs in industry and services.
